MarvZheng Posted February 6, 2019 Share Posted February 6, 2019 (edited) My laptop Asus K43SD is currently running on 13.6, but it can't power off after shutting down until I disable USB function in BIOS. This doesn't sound like a solution because I won't be able to use mouse and flashes... These days I have to press power button for seconds to force shutdown. - I can see monitor off soon after CPU halted, and fan still working - Three USB ports, two USB 2.0, work normally; one 3.0 -- no any response no matter what devices I have plugged in.
