What's your exact card model (lok for the PCI adds) and where did you get the kext you try to load?

 

Mieze's driver is probably the best one you can go for.

In Windows Device Manager, go to Details tab and look for the device ids so that we confirm if it's Realtek RTL8105E or not. You'll see lots of available info but there will be a line about hardware info containing VENdor/DEVice info like VEN_10EC/DEV_xxxx.

 

In all likelihood, you should be able to use Mieze's last kext available here:

 

I think you had an older kext, unsuitable for Sierra.
