What up my fellow nerd bros and ladies!

I'm posting this topic from my successful High Sierra hack. Blacintosh V1 runs better than just about any other computer I've ever owned. Special thanks to Glasgood for the High Sierra guide. Couldn't have done it without his post.

Blacintosh V1 as of now:

Case: fractal design Meshify C (so ugly)

MB: ASUS Strix Z370-E Gaming

CPU: i7 8700k

Cooler: Corsair H100i

GPU: GTX 1070

RAM: G.Skill TridentZ 16gb

Boot Drive: Samsung 970 PRO M.2 512gb

Extra: 960 EVO M.2 250gb

Extra: 860 EVO SSD 500gb

PSU: 850w EVGA (I think? Not really sure which one exactly, I just know that it is 850w 80+ gold or platinum or something)

Everything works as it should except wi-fi but my computers are always wired anyway.

Blacintosh V2:

I will be gutting a fully functional Mac Pro I picked up from the shady computer repair store a few blocks down and powder coating everything black. Only chopping the case to accommodate my new mATX board I/O and possibly a new front I/O panel for USB 3.0 and front audio. MB will be maxed at 64gb of ram (overkill). CPU will be swapped for the new i9 9900k (overkill). PSU will be modded from the 850w currently in V1 so that it fits in the original PSU enclosure. I plan on ditching the 1070 for a fresh RTX 2080 ti (when Apple decides to let Nvidia release the web drivers so I can install Mojave). Overkill for sure, but why not?

V2 Parts List:

Slowly purchase the following when the bank account allows.

Case: Modified Mac Pro (powder coated black) - powder coating at work, just a matter of getting motherboard mocked up before hand

MB: ASUS TUF Z390M-Pro Gaming - Purchased

CPU: i9 9900k

GPU: RTX 2080 TI maybe buy two for SLI? ha, who knows?

RAM: G.Skill TridentZ 64gb

Extra: 970 PRO M.2 1tb

Pictures will be posted when I get the case powder coated. Stay tuned!
