bgrau Posted November 19, 2006 Share Posted November 19, 2006 Since I was asked to field reports on OSX86, I started using Grab to take screen dumps. Lately when I switched to a later beta kernel, it stopped working crashing every time I try to do a capture. Any one has same problem? Any idea how to fix it? I tried older versions, but they seem the same version (from 10.4.3 and 10.4.6)... The latest it worked for me was on k19, what is strange I came back to k19, even k17 and it is not working anymore... bgrau Posted November 19, 2006 Author Share Posted November 19, 2006 Solved. My sound was not setup properly. By disabling sound in Grab Properties, Grab worked perfecly. By sorting out sound in Audio MIDI Setup in Utilities, I could enable it and have Grab work as well.
