System: Mac OS Mojave

Processor: i7 8700k

Graphics Card: Rx 580

Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 7

 

Issue: Whenever I put my desktop to sleep it goes to sleep for around 10-15 hrs. but wakes up automatically after that. Can someone please take a look at the logs and let me know what is the issue.

Don't use PEGP to GFX0 patch, don't need, whatevergreen kext solve it

Thanks! I tried removing Whatevergreen.kext but my Hackintosh doesn't boots if it is not there. I get blank screen after initial apple loading bar. I have added that back again. On my BIOS wake on LAN is already disabled. I have removed the PEGP to GFX0 patch let's what effect does that has. I will update you guys with the results. Because the thing is it does go to sleep but waked up after 9-10 hrs. so it is takes time for me to realize that whether what I tried works or not. Also I have changed dark wake to 1 now as I read about it on some place.

Sorry, that did not work. I woke up today morning and my Hackintosh has waken up before me.

Also, please note that I have only seen this after upgrading to Mojave, until high Sierra it was not the case. Interistingly I have another copy of the same os on another ssd for backup and when booting from that ssd the OS runs fine.
