Problema con dualboot clover uefi

per installare El Capitan e Windows 10 (ho provato a installare High Sierra ma non ci sono riuscito) in dual boot con clover uefi, è andato tutto alla perfezione fino a quando sono arrivato qui

“After installing Windows, you may lose Clover. This is because Windows has set itself as the active UEFI bootloader (a UEFI BIOS setting, often hidden).

To recover Clover, easy way:
- on the EFI partition: rename EFI/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi to bootmgfw-orig.efi”

al riavvio non mi compare più il boot di Os El Capitan ma solo di Windows 10

cosa ho sbagliato e cosa devo fare x rimettere tutto apposto?
