Hello everyone. I'm experiencing some boot issues and kernel panics after a "Successful" installation

of Mac OS Sierra on an old 2012 custom build which packs:

CPU: INTEL CORE I3-2100 - INTEGRATED GRAPHICS: INTEL HD 2000 (NOT CONNECTED)

GPU: NVIDIA GT-730 4GB - DVI CONNECTION TO MONITOR

HDD: WD BLUE 1 TERABYTE

RAM: 8GB DDR3 1333mHz

This is the error screen showed with boot flag (-v -x -s), still unable to boot.

Can someone help me figure this out ? Thank you so much !w1zY5Ry.jpg
