lonmoore
I am able to start the OSX86 10.4.4 installation to my PC with VMWare. But when I get to the part as to where to install (what drive) no icon is available. Nothing! I am installing 10.4.4 on a PC, SSE2 machine. I am trying to install from Win XP to a separate drive, a WD600BB 60 GB drive, formatted as FAT32. It is physical disk 1 (or my 2nd drive). I also tried to install to my 0 drive (my 1st drive), 2nd partition which is formatted as NTFS. But I get the same results. My installation location is simply not recognized by the installation process. Any help is greatly appreciated. Also, I am able install OSX 10.4.1 natively on this computer but can't connect to the Internet while doing this because I have to boot to 'safe mode.' This install doesn't allow me to connect to the Internet. So I am hoping to install OSX with VMWare to be able to connect to the internet with OSX on a PC. Thanks for any help. lonmoore
I found the answer in the post above. I formatted the drive through the disk utility and it was recognized. Thanks.
