rolodex
what kind of drive are you using? sata or ide, did you use disk utility to format the disk accordingly? or is the partition primary ? provide us the details and we can check it for you via vmware or native, please read thoroughly and follow the instructions the best you can and maybe youll discover it yourself. just my 2 cents

amigadave
I also have a Dell XPS 700 tower that has Windows XP Media Center Edition Service Pack 2 on a 250gb sata drive, with twin Nvidia 7900 GS SLI graphics cards. I have a few Windows programs that I need, or want to run, but otherwise I would prefer to run MacOS and sync with my MacBook and the Mac-Mini Intel that I run in my car. Where do I start and what can I expect? I have no knowledge yet about running MacOS on x86 Non-Apple hardware. David (extra points for people that know where my login name comes from) P.S. I have an additional 250gb sata hd sitting here I could use to install MacOS on a clean drive.
