MPS
Greetings! I'm trying out Mac OS High Sierra & Sierra on VMware on a Windows 10 laptop. I'm able to get MIDI input & output from a synthesiser into LogicPro X, but not audio input and output from a microphone through the Steinberg USB audio interface I have. So I was wondering if anyone could suggest a proven audio interface (for clarity, these are the types of interfaces I mean: https://www.wirerealm.com/guides/best-audio-interface-for-logic-pro ) which has been known to work with LogicPro on a virtualised MacOS? Thanks.
Techfavicon
Hello, As we all know, Logic Pro X is a superb usable tool that’s most definitely ideal for the self-contained, independent producer/artist meant for your home studio setup. however, I believe Mac OS High Sierra on VMware on a windows 10 laptop isn't a great idea. however, you can always try and test out some of the most common and advanced audio interfaces like these --- https://www.watchvibe.com/what-is-the-best-audio-interface-for-logic-pro-x/ these are surely tested with the logic pro X and will help you get the end result with your virtualised MacOS. But, As said earlier, there could be a lot of other problems which you may face with the virtual MacOS. the best option would be to do a direct install of the OS.
