osx86 freezes when connecting to network

Hi,

 

Anyone that knows what is wrong when OSX86 10.4.6 freezes/hangs when I try to connect to my wireless network?

 

I have followed the procedure and added strings to the IO80211Family.kext and the Networkinterfaces.plist.

 

I didn't first see my adapter at all, but when I fixed the strings and stuff, it shows up and I can configure it.. just hangs when I actually tell it to connect.

 

The networks are not appearing in the networklist.. I have to manualy type in SSID and WEP info..

 

My computer is a Acer TravelMate 660.
