jaliskillu
Hi, I need some help, if possible ... I was in mac 10.12 and all work ok. But, when I update to 10.13 I've got problems on sleep + wake and a problem with 1 HDD (de-attached auto. and no chance to mount again) When I put Hackintosh to sleep it needs more than 2 minutes with SDD+HDD led on all the time. After this time, it sleeps but when wake I get a black screen and only the mouse cursor. HDD led brighting again. No option to do anything else. After a time cursor becomes coloured wheel then hangs. Another tip: 1 of my HDD is unmounted auto. and no way to see in DU or 'diskutil list' again after 30-45 minuts of system start. I attach my clover config.plist, the unpatched DSDT, and modified one. If you need more files please tell. Thanks to all. My specs: Gigabyte H61M-D2-B3, 16 Gb RAM, 1 SSD, 2 HDD. Emuaj. kjp4756
I had the same issue with my p7p55d. You need to patch AppleAHCIPort. Best way to do that is using the following 2 patches in clover: <dict> <key>Comment</key> <string>fix I/O error for ICH10</string> <key>Disabled</key> <false/> <key>Find</key> <data> RYX2D5XCiciD4P5mhcl4D4TSdQs= </data> <key>Name</key> <string>AppleAHCIPort</string> <key>Replace</key> <data> iciD4P5mhckPmMFBCMyQkJCQdQs= </data> </dict> <dict> <key>Comment</key> <string>fix I/O error for ICH10</string> <key>Disabled</key> <false/> <key>Find</key> <data> icglQGACAD1AIAAAdQyB4b9///+Ji1EBAAA= </data> <key>Name</key> <string>AppleAHCIPort</string> <key>Replace</key> <data> kJCQkJCQkJCQkJCQkJCQkJCQkJCQkJCQkJA= </data> </dict> 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/329512-gigabyte-h61m-d2-b3-macos-1013-slow-sleep-bad-wake/#findComment-2613098 Share on other sites
jaliskillu
Thanks kjp4756!! I've done some sleep-wake cycle tests and seems to work. Sleep is now fast (like in 10.12 was) and wake up is fast and stable. What I don't test yet is the stability of my second HDD after 40-45 minutes, but I believe it's related to the same issue so should be fixed too. I'll keep you informed if it fails. I reiterate my thanks. jaliskillu
I have a question... Is there any web repository for Patched Kexts? I do some search and can't find any. These 2 patches worked until 10.14.3. Now, in 10.14.4 it doesn't work again. Some changes in AppleAHCIPort.kext kills my Hackintosh. Does anyone realize? Are there new patches? Thanks. P.S.Not hardly tested but a rollback of AppleAHCIPort.kext to 10.14.3 keeping Patches seems to work allowing sleep + wake and system doesn't hangs... so I think it's a AppleAHCIPort.kext problem. tenorism
Hello, I have the same motherboard Gibabyte H61M-D2-B3 F10, a slightly different cpu Core i3-2130 3.4 GHz and a Geforce 210. It has been many years since I installed Hackintosh, if I remember well it was iatkos Snow Leopard. I am a linux user and I want MACOSX for Logic. I am stuck (many failures) and I don't know which is the best MacOS to begin with. Since you have succesfully installed can you please give me a direction to follow? jaliskillu
Hi! I'm in 10.15.4 in this computer. A few hints: 1)Install clover in legacy mode. No special DSDT nor SSDT. I have a PCI with usb3 ports, so legacy is mandatory: XHCHI.efi needed (only available in legacy mode) 2)A few common patches over some kexts: AppleHCI, AppleAHCIport + Apple RTC 3)Clover config: FixIPIC, FixHPET, FixRegions, FixRTC, DeleteUnused, FixMutex, Generate Pstates, Generate Cstates, patch APIC, FixHeaders, DisableASPM 4)Boot flags: darkwake=1 npci=0x2000 kext-dev-mode=1 -no_compat_check 5)USB: inject,Add ClockId,FixOwnership,HighCurrent 6)Audio: Inject:12 + ResetHDA (I use AppleALC injection but voodooHDA works too by injecting: 1 instead) 7)Inject System ID 8)EFI/BIOS drivers folder: apfs_patched,appleImagecodec,Applekeyaggregator,appleuitheme,aptiomemoryfix,audiodxe,firmwarevolume,fsinject,hfsplus,ntfs,smchelper,usbmousedxe,vboxext-2,vboxext-4,vboxiso9660,XHCI 9)Kexts/other: applealc,diskarbitrationfixup,eficheckdisabler,fakesmc+plugins,hibernationfixup,lilu,nightshiftunlocker,RealtekRTL81xx_090_lnx2,usbinjectall,whatevergreen 10)Automatic OS updates doesn't work for me, but manual works by changing SMBIOS on clover boot, then mac allow to install combo updates. Hope it helps.
