zolookas
I've looked to compactibility list: http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/HCL_10.4.6 I see there is problems regarding SATA, but it doesn't say anything about other components. I haven't found anything about Asus K8V in 10.4.7 and 10.4.8 compactibility list. So that means that running MacOSX on Asus K8V is hopeless? Callysto
It's quite a leap to say it's "hopeless!" There are ways and means to getting your computer up and running with OS X. Maybe SATA isn't supported but there's always IDE for starters, then other things can be worked on in turn. This is the whole point of the OS X project it's a labour of love.
