USB-Bluetooth causing freeze USB2.0

At times, when I'm using hackintosh, usb 2.0 is crashing. It simply freezes the mouse, keyboard and bluetooth dongle. Does not work even if I remove and put back.

The strange thing is that if I put the keyboard in a 3.0 usb, it works again, but the mouse does not.
This is also happening in the Sierra, not a problem of the High Sierra.

There is not a right moment to happen, it just happens. Sometimes when I click on the App Store and then on Update, it does happen, but it's not always.

I am not sure where the problem comes from, I did several things on the hackintosh, I updated the clover, I bought a Bluetooth USB Dongle, I modified some things in config.plis.
I would like to know if there is any way to register an accurate log so I can find out what is going on to give this problem.
Can help me ?

Edit 1: I finally figured out that the problem is even in the Bluetooth dongle. The problem happens most of the time when entering the App Store. I do not know how to solve it, can anyone help me?
