sdot Posted November 10, 2006 Share Posted November 10, 2006 Ok, After a bunch of searching/work, I have 10.4.8 (2nd DVD) running on a Thinkpad t60p with everything working (QE/CI support, AppleAzaliaAudio, HWSensor, Beamsync, Q2ED, etc etc); that is, except for my USB ports. I installed the USB 2.0 patch on the JaS 10.4.8 install CD, and now need USB support for an external HDD and for a wireless mouse receiver (for the FrontRowPass.kext to work). Does anyone know how to remove the patch or which kexts to extract and replace? Thanks! SO far I've be running OSx86 since 10.4.6 and have avoided asking questions, but search turned up nothing for this one guys...sorry! Nevermind - Just installed the USBDebug package from Apple overtop, fixed USB issues. 10.4.8 increased xBench by about 40 pts (up to 120 from 80ish!)
