Zeph
Has anyone ever seen a Mac running OS X that has a floppy drive!?
DrJägermeister
hmm the usb floppy dont't work i got some HUB ERROR, but when i put my usb stick i got the same error window twice but i can open it !. btw, floppy are important, they don't broke immediatly like CDs and they are covered by a plastick thing (i think) not like CD when the CD is down it destroyed (i hope you understand me!) That's an USB issue if your USB stick also don't work. I don't have a USB floppy drive but my USB stick and my USB HD are working with OSX86. Does a USB mouse work or do you have any other peripheral attached at USB?
Metrogirl
I haven't tried a floppy in OSx86, but I can confirm that if you plug a USB floppy drive into a real Mac it works. Worth pointing out that it isn't recognised and there's no icon until you actually put a disk into the drive. Once you do, the icon pops up and you can access the disk. I guess I need to go and try the floppy drive on my OSx86 machine...
