djazirith
Hi there, i've installed OS X 10.4.6 from a dvd on second primary partition on my Intel machine. On the first partition i've got Win XP installed over FAT32. The second primary partition contains OS X over HFS+. After the installation i had this "HFS+ partition error" and i saw this topic: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=22844 I've made the partition active and ran a permission check from the install DVD. It fixed the permissions and after that i've checked for errors too. Everything seemed to be alright. When i try to boot the OS X from my second partition it just hangs. The HDD LED indicates activity, but i can't hear the drive scratching. All displayed on the monitor is a blinking cursor. If you have any idea where's the problem, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
