tb-242
My setup: Gigabyte GA-H55M-S2 (using DSDT F4 Bios from Tonymac) CPU: Intel Xeon X3470 (Sierra recognizes this as a Intel i7-870) Clover 4077 + Sierra 10.12.5 When I set RTC to false in Clover, my machine goes to sleep ok, however, when it restarts it loses BIOS settings. When I set RTC to true in Clover, the machine restarts and retains BIOS settings, however when it sleeps, the machine goes into a fast on and off loop, and the only way to get out of it is to reset the CMOS? I am triple booting OS X, Linux and Windows. Linux and Windows can go into sleep and wake without any problems at all. I am using the following Clover kexts ACPISensors.kext CPUSensors.kext FakeSMC.kext GPUSensors.kext IONetworkingFamilyInjector.kext LPCSensors.kext I have attached my DSDT and config.plist config+DSDT.zip Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/324482-clover-rtc-sleep-problem/ Share on other sites
tb-242
Excellent, disabling C6 sleep state in clover config has solved the problem. Machine now sleeps / wakes perfectly, and the BIOS settings are not lost when it reboots. Thank you :-) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/324482-clover-rtc-sleep-problem/#findComment-2445278 Share on other sites
