I am trying to do laptop brightness fix for macos seirra 10.12.14.

and following this guide.

I have GFX0 in these files.

$grep -r . -e GFX0 *.dsl
DSDT.dsl
SSDT-1.dsl

I dissambled, applied the patch, recompiled and replaced those files.

grep -e IGPU *.aml
Binary file DSDT.aml matches
Binary file SSDT-1.aml matches
Binary file SSDT-PNLF.aml matches

now I can't pass the loading screen and I getting restricted icon after that.

Thankyou.

Yes. I installed both files as per the guide. SSDT-PNLF.aml to patched folder, AppleBacklightInjector.kext to S/L/E and patch to config.plist.

Thank you very much and I will test it. Now I got it working by clover hot patch method GFX0 to IGPU. I will try your DSDT and report.

you probably didn't rename all of them did you check your SSDT's also?

I have GFX0 in DSDT and one SSDT only.
