Anywho, enough with the formalities for now, and straight to the point. I have been trying to install vmware tools inside of the OS, and I cannot figure out what the issue is. I keep getting this error (pic attached). I've tried in the "root" account, and also in a user created admin account. The issue still persists. Any insight is appreciated! Thank you. System info: GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD5 Phemon II x6 1055T 16GB 1600Mhz DDR3 Windows 7 x64 VMware Workstation 12. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
