EL Capitan on Intel D975XBX2 mobo

Hello everyone.
A lof of time passed till my last hackintosh use.
But few days ago my MBP died and I need a working machine.

I've an old desktop with D975xbx2 mobo / xeon 3050 / GeForce 7300 GT. 
Was perfect 7 years ago =) when installing 10.5.6 which still works great and fast.

But at the moment some programs won't work and I plan to install El Capitan.

 

Is it possible on my config? And what is the best way?
I've a BuildSmart bootloader now and os x 10.5.6.

 

Sorry for noob questions, but a lot of years passed till last hackintosh use.
