twtmc Posted November 3, 2006 Share Posted November 3, 2006 I have a LITE-ON DVDRW SOHW-1633S and I have tried burning with disc utility and toast titanium, but neither will work for linux bootable disks. I have tried burning OpenSUSE (both cd and dvd), Gentoo (both live and install), GParted, and Kubuntu. I have successfully burned a Windows XP Pro SP1 CD using disc utility though. I can burn music and data discs without a problem, it only seems to be with linux ISOs. Any thoughts or ideas? Anyone else have this problem?
