Hi,

a couple of days ago i bought a Asus B451JA and installed macOS Sierra on it which is running quite well.

Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4210M

RAM: 16GB Corsair CMSX16GX3M2B1866C1

GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4600

WIFI: Atheros AR5B195 (AR9285), originally a Intel Card

Sound: Conexant CX20751/2

Touchpad: ETPS/2 Elantech Touchpad

Ethernet: Intel I218-V

Working:

GPU: Working with FakePCIID (short Graphic-Glitch before Login-Screen but not really a problem)

WIFI: Natively working

Sound: I know it's not the proper way but it works for the moment with VoodooHDA

Touchpad/Keyboard: Working quite well with VoodooPS2Controller

Battery-Indicator: Working with OS-X-ACPI-Battery-Driver and this DSDT Patch

Keyboard-Backlight: Fully working with the following patches (I hope it's not a problem if I link to another Forum)

Display-Brightness-Control: Working with the basic brightness fix

Partially Working:

SleepIt goes to sleep put instantly wakes up (probably because of the keyboard-backlight patch),

without the patch the laptop sleeps normally

As Attachment i got my current Clover Folder.

Thanks in Advance,

Michael

Hi,

i managed to modify my DSDT with this patch from RehabMans Repository (thanks for that :) ) so now I get the correct battery percentage.

Maybe I can resolve the other problems and I will update the thread if somethings changes.

Greetings,

Michael
