Kernel panic on a working Mac OS Sierra after installing windows on another drive. X99 system.

Something really weird has happened and I can't figure out what. My 8core Xeon rig has been a working hackintosh for well over a month now and all was good.

Then after installing windows 10 on another SSD (I had my Mac drives unplugged and everything) my Mac OS Sierra install Kernel panics each time I try and boot Mac OS. it gets about 60% of the way through booting then kernel panics and restarts. I put the Sierra boot drive into my 2011 MacBook Pro and it starts up and I can run Mac OS fine. No aparent issues with Mac OS. Ive run kext Utility to try and fix whatever might be wrong several times using my MacBook Pro but every time I put the Mac OS drive back into my Xeon hack again, I get kernel panic.

My Bios is as recommended for X99 Mac OS with a Xeon processor so I'm fairly sure thats not part of the issue, just in case it was, I reset the bios and set up the correct settings again, nothing changed with Mac OS, it still kernel panics.

I pulled out all my drives (just in case my windows install was messing something up or something). With only my Mac OS boot drive plugged in it still Kernel panics.

Even a freshly cloned drive from my MacBook Pro with all the required kexts for my rig and Clover still kernel panics exactly the same as my hackintosh's own boot drive.

I'm lost...

Anyone got any idea what could be going wrong here all of a sudden. Christmas Day, it was running smooth as. Now, its seemingly dead.

Mac OS 12.12.2 it had updated to the latest Sierra the day that update came out recently.

did you install clover to the same ssd Windows was on? it's the only thing I can think of

Nope. Clover is on the Mac OS drive, even in the case of my backup OSX. Even installed a fresh new clover onto a newly cloned Mac drive and same problem.
