I've had odd graphics issues with my GTX 670 through versions 10.10, 10.11 and now 10.12 (10.9 was no problem.)

Using the web drivers or the stock ones seems to have to impact.

Under Sierra I get the usual odd little glitches on the screen I've seen in prior versions, but Safari in particular is a real problem. I've attached some screen shots.

Anyone have any thoughts on a fix?

I'm using a Gigabyte X79-UD5, so I'm using a MacPro 6,1 smbios.

It's always just worked, no injection , nothing special.

Make sure it's in the first physical slot. As I recall there was some issue with having to specify a location on the motherboard if it's not. That was a setting from the Chameleon days, but I can't quite remember what that was. I've been using Clover for a couple years now.
