chifliiiii
Hello to everyone i need some help. My hackintosh was working great till i beggined installing software .Originally i installed 10.4.5 dvd (from 10.4.7 was freezing) them i applied 10.4.8 patch amd sse3 only and all was working great.I also installed macvidia drivers for my geforce 7800gtx. All was working great so i beggined installing software .but at the end i installed almost all the software from etra appz folder in jaS 1.4.7 DVD (i think the last one was Toast titanium) .After i rebooted it went into the desktop with the colour wheel sppining all the time and thats all .It just freeze there. If i try to use -v -x boot mode it just says "Still waiting root device" I was thinking if there is any way to unistall software from console and if there is a way how to do it. IF you need any more info just ask me please. ps:Sorry about my english ,im spanish

alicheusz
you can uninstall any app by just removing it boot with -s and -x options mount -uw / then rm -R /path to your app this will remove this app but I don't think that this will work you can remove files that has in it's path something from app name you can find where are this app files by searching like this find / -name "*safari*" -print where safari is your app name this will show you where are configuration files for this app are, they almost always have app name in his file name but you must be careful not all files that you find by this way are neceresry to delete thery have often safari.preferences.* or something like this one *.bundle you should be fine if you remowe only this app from /Applications/ folder in most cases if there are any configuration files they are in /Library/Application Support/app name or /Users/alicheusz/Library/Application Support where alicheusz is your login name
