macOS Sierra freezes about 5~10 second if no task during 5 minute

My System

CPU : E3-1230v2

board : ASUS P8H67

Graphic : GTX660

Memory : 16GB

 

and MacBookPro Retina 2013 Late

 

I have installed Sierra on my system.

Fitst. do nothing for 5~10 minutes.

then I try to open the app or to task again, System stops for 5 to 10 seconds.

However, my MacBook does not have this problem if the task as described above.

I think that seems related to low-power technology of macOS Sierra.

Because both systems handoff icon disappears after three minutes.

How can I solve this problem?
