kirchiri Posted August 19, 2016 Share Posted August 19, 2016 I am running VMware workstation pro 12 on Windows 10 host and my virtual machine is OSX 10.11 El Capitan. Has anyone found any tools or hack to get multi monitor support for a Mac guest? If you try to do it like you would with a Windows VM and hit cycle monitors it says "not supported" The best I've come up with so far is using a display link USB monitor and forcing it to the VM only detaching from host, which shows the second desktop and Mac sees it but the mouse won't go over to it in the Mac : ( I suspect I am stuck within the parent VMware window even at full screen preventing the mouse from moving over.
