Rammjet
I can only use 1024x768. Nothing lower and higher. How can I get 1280x1024 ? What video card do you have. Try booting with "Graphics Mode" = "1280x1024". If that works add it to your boot.plist. But getting some better drivers for your video card would allow you to select resolution in System Preferences.

Or you can open System Profiler in OSX and click on Graphics/Displays. Or you can go to Windows -> Device Manager. Or you can download PC Wizard in Windows and run it. According to the link you gave, you have: VIA/S3G K8M800 Where can I finde drivers ? There are no OSX drivers for VIA/S3G K8M800. But you have an AGP slot on your motherboard. You can get another, better, video card.
