tomkiwi
Righto, i've got my OSX up and running nicely (minus ethernet) and i have a question.. my OS X loads up with text displayed, not the gray screen which i would prefer. Also, i am trying to dual boot but i cannot push any buttons on startup, my keyboard turns on for bios then off for darwin then back on at login screen... very annoying! Any ideas? Thanks. joe75
Hold F8 before booting, after boot go to /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.Boot and copy to desktop. Edit by removing (-v) and you will not see words, Then add Timeout20 under the last then drag back to /SystemConfiguration and authenticate and replace Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/31301-changing-boot-options/#findComment-217569 Share on other sites
