imrazor Posted June 27, 2016 Share Posted June 27, 2016 I have a laptop with a Core 2 Extreme Quad processor running at stock speed. My BIOS does not support overclocking. There is a tool for Windows called Throttlestop that will let me overclock it by increasing the multiplier, but that doesn't help me overclock it under OS X. Is there any utility, DSDT hack, etc., that will let me overclock this chip?
