Tried everything, SpeedStep doesn't work (Clover, Haswell i3-4130T)

Hello there,

I've been trying to get my Haswell i3 to work with native power management but it seems like it does not work at all, even though I generated a SSDT with ssdtPRGen.sh. I've placed it in /EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched and nothing works. The CPU never reaches lower than 2 GHz.

UPDATE: I am genuinely confused now. iStat shows speedstep working.

UPDATE2: Wth. Look at this: Vj2xfwa.png

UPDATE 3: So suddenly this happened, it went lower than 1GHz, but why so late (and I was doing work, so it should've scaled up)
