Sam0r
I've just got myself a shuttle SB81P for work, and currently running OS X on it. Everything works fine apart fron the audio. Strangely, in the HCL there is a user there with the same shuttle as me, and he/she got the audio working by putting in 0x26688086 into AppleHDA.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleHDAController.kext/Contents/Info.plist (Can't remember off the top of my head, but I think it was that). Then, I did all the usual stuff (Deleted Extentions.kextcache and Extensions.mkext). When I tried this at first, it KP'd on boot. So, I booted into safe mode, removed the dev/ven ID from said file, deleted Extensions.mkext/kextcache and rebooted. Then it worked ok, and sound worked... So, I thought I'd fixed it, not quite sure how exactly, but it worked, and worked well. Now, I come into work today, turn on my shuttle, and there is no sound? So, I've tried moving AppleAzaliaAudio.kext to my desktop, because I read on here that AppleHDA.kext can conflict with it, but my audio still doesn't work. Any takers?
