Hello Everyone

Am new to hackintoshing and thought i would try it out on a backup amd build that i use. It might be too old.

Specs

Athlon x2 4400+ 2.3 (overclocked to 2.7)

Asus A8N-Sli motherboard

4gb DDR PC2700

Scandisk 64gb w/ Windows 10 32bit

Ocz vertex 30gb for the Hackintosh

Ati Radeon 4550 512mb

I followed Shanee's youtube video on how to create the el capitan usb. I downloaded the new kernel and applenforceata from the amdosx website. Was able to boot up the usb but when it would reach the line "system model name: Macpro 3,1...." it wouldn't go any further.

I tried -v GraphicsEnabler=Yes and it would detect the ati card and same thing it would get stuck at that line. Tried -v -x GraphicsEnabler=Yes npci=0x3000 cpus=1, but got "invalid code...." repeating one after another, can't remember the rest of the line. Any ideas on what can I do. Should i try another osx build? Can anyone recommend one? I would prefer to try if el capitan works and if that doesn't work will move on to a build that will work. Thanks everyone esp shanee for the kernel work and installation video.
