enthalpystudios
Hello, Just wondering (found very little reading every topic with "1080p") if anyone is running a stable/working setup using a 1080p lcd tv as a monitor. I've seen the macbook pro look excellent hooked up to a westinghouse 37" 1080p lcd tv, and would like to use one as a monitor.... if this is my only requirement in a video card, what might be the most stable and best working card for an osx86 machine? I have no 3d requirements at all, although I'm sure that any x16 card on the market has more than enough capabilities for my needs. I just want to be able to run 1920x1080 and be stable in osx86. sorry if i'm beating a dead horse with another video-out card question. thanks, billy Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/31184-regarding-working-1080p-monitoring-setups/ Share on other sites
OmegaForte
There's alot of good press for the video card I use. The Sapphire X1600 pro 256 (VenID 1002) QE, CI and it has something else, that's supposed to make Finder faster. I forget what it's called.
