Lenovo Flex 3 14 issues

Specs:

 

CPU: Intel Core i5-6200U

GPU: Intel HD 520 (Skylake GT2)

RAM: 8 GB DDR3

Disk: 256 GB SSD

 

Chipset: Skylake

 

Bootloader: Clover via UEFI

 

I have managed to get OS X 10.11.4 installed, however, only to an external USB hard drive.

 

However, I've run into a few issues;

 

1. The internal SATA SSD is nowhere to be found... No idea why
2. The system fails to boot if any of the AppleIntelSKLGraphics* kexts are present. Removing these kexts gets it to boot but there's no QE/CI

Any ideas?

I bought the same laptop a week ago. Am really interested in putting os x on it. Any guides to post installation for this particular laptop. I only have a windows to prepare os x on usb from.
