Hello!

I've been looking into Hackintosh my Dell Inspiron 7558. It's a 2 in 1 touchscreen laptop. It is broadwell and has 5500 graphics.

My CPU-Z Info can be found here: http://pastebin.com/NH6E4qwF

I currently have Windows 10 on it, but it doesn't matter if it gets removed. It says my DVMT is 128 MB, but I believe it's not because others uses report when their laptop came with Windows 8.1 it said 0 MB but when they upgrade it is 128 MB.

It is an ultrabook. I have El Capitan already, and a working 32 GB USB. I'm installing with Clover, but I'm not sure of what to choose. So far I have the UEFi setting and the OSXAppleFixDRV option. I don't know much about SSDT but everything else is good for me. El Capitan wasn't downloaded directly from the app store though.

What would I need to get my laptop running and booting into OS X El Capitan?

Thanks

Welcome!

If your system has EFI, you should have no problems installing and doing the first boot.

Ethernet should be easy, WiFi is a bit harder.

I don't know about your graphics, but it should be fine if it has a kext.

Audio works with the old Yosemite kext on El Capitan, so try those if your system doesn't work with the El Capitan audio kexts.

But, I've already tried booting to El Capitan. Even with -v and a id inject and clover and FakeSMC, but it just gives me black screen.
