Installation Crash Kernel Panic

Hi, i'm trying to install El Capitain on my laptop (for discover and also try to repair friend dead iphone, maybe i dream but, i want to test).

But i'm facing with bigs problem.

First i tried to install Yosemite, install was fine but i've got a lot of bugs, like 1 of 3 usb port working, no wifi, no battery indicator... well, someone tell me it's because i used a distrib, i didn't know what distrib mean for OSX but i followed a tutorial, this :

To install a clean El Capitain, but i've like i said, a problem, when my computer boot to my usb key i can see clover, then i select Install El Capitain, an apple appair and a small loading is visible, then the computer fan speed at maximum and i can see  Kernel Panic cpu 0 caller and then it reboot.

 

How can i fix this, i think it's because my config.plist is wrong and i get maybe some missed kext ? I don't understand how to make a good config.plist, can someone can do it for me ? 

 

This would help me a lot because I have no knowledge of Mac..

 

My computer is :

 

Name : HP PAVILION G7 1170SB (Laptop)

CPU : Intel Core I5 2410M

GPU : Intel HD Graphics 3000

HDD : WS 500 Go Blue Caviar

WIFI : Atheros AR5B95
