Expanding a VMware Virtual disk inside the OSX guest OS

I was able to expand the virtual disk in VMware Workstation 12 from 50 GB to 200 GB and it's being seen by OSX 10.11.3 El Capitan (see screenshot). So when you go into Disk Utility on the OSX guest, it shows the "Capacity" as 214.75 GB, but no way to expand the Macintosh HD (42.74 GB) to capacity.  Can anyone chime in here?  Might be a command I have to run from the terminal window?
