I installed anyway but think I will get a kp if I restart. I restarted and checked the installed version and it seems to be updated. Not sure about the install fail message though. I referred to this thread http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/308499-disable-system-integrity-protection-sip/ to disable the SIP and it installed without that prompt.
