Hi to all,

sorry for my bad english

 

I'm trying to install El capitan (got it from mac app store) on a computer with AMD processor, i found the right kernel, tested on my CPU, but i don't know how to use it

My specs:

Mobo: ASUS m4a77td PRO

CPU: AMD Phenom II x2  550

GPU: nVidia quadro 600

2 HDD(one for win and one for OSX)

Do you have a USB installer made? The kernel goes in /System/Library/Kernels if the folder Kernels doesn't exist simply create it. Use Enoch bootloader with this Extra Folder

Just for instance why do i have to use enoch?  :blush:

 

You can use what you want :) Enoch is just easier for AMD machines. I can use Clover to boot Yosemite but it wont work for El Capitan so I use Enoch. It does all I need it to do.
