PCIe Slot problems: Pro Tools HD PCIe

Hi,

 

I have following system:

- GA-Z77X-UD5H (Latest BIOS)

- I7-3770K No Overclock

- 32GB 1600mHz RAM

 

Running OSX 10.9.5

Using Clover V3330

 

Now I have a Pro Tools HD3 PCIe system.

At this moment I only use 2 of the 3 cards because I can't bridge them between the PCIe x16, x8, x4 slots.

So the 2 cards are in the PCIe x1 slots.

 

After some digging in the manual I see that the PCIe x1 slots are following a other path than the x16, x8, x4 slots.

So for me that's a good reason I can't make them work together.

 

So I thought, why not buying a PCIe expansion chassis for the system, so I can use them all 3 and even buy 3 extra ACCEL HD PCIe cards in the future.

 

Now before I gonna buy the PCIe Expansion I tested the ACCEL CORE Card directly in the PCIe x16 slot.

Now when starting Pro Tools HD 10.3.10 it doesn't find the card.

Even the 'DigiTest' gives an error when starting it.

 

So I guess the system couldn't recognise the card in the PCIe x16 slot.

I tried the x8 and x4 slot as well, but without success.

 

Can someone out of here help me out with my PCIe problem?
