Svetoslav D
Hello, I have El Capitan with nearly everything working. The magic mouse doesn't auto connect each time I boot, I have to wait for the bluetooth prompt to appear in order to connect it. I am using Clover boot manager and IOgear bluetooth dongle with Z77DSH3 mainboard. I spent a lot of time bouncing my head against the wall, switching some (random) options with the clover configurator and I gave up. There is the config.plist attached for reference. config.plist.zip Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/309396-el-capitan-magic-mouse-doesnt-auto-connect-after-reboot/ Share on other sites
mrdandy
Hello. I've had the same problem for a couple of days with ASUS BT-400 bluetooth adapter. After installing El Capitan it worked just fine out of the box and then the mouse stopped connecting automatically at boot. I guess the issue has something to do with IOBluetoothFamily.kext but I may be wrong. UPD: Got it to work by copying my old IOBluetoothFamily.kext to /EFI/EFI/Clover/kexts/10.11. Now the mouse automatically connects at boot and after reboot.
