owbp
I'm sorry I'm posting this here, i really didn't have idea where to ask this question. That is, I see many broken or obsolete (max os is OS X 10.7) MacBooks and iMacs online that are for sale in peace range from 40 to 120 euros. Can i use them to generate my "final" working and Apple approved hackintosh SMbios? Thanks! PippoX0
Yes, i think so ... But only if you can boot the pc and get some specific info. Better if you can install at least Osx MLion on these real Macs with iMessage to try Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/308634-real-mac-mlb-and-rom/#findComment-2176661 Share on other sites
owbp
Aha, ok! I thought that maybe i could extract all info from motherboard of broken macs. So, it has to work and to support at least ML so i could actually use iMessage on it? Thank you pippox0! owbp
One more question, Could OS X 10.7.5 and MessagesBeta do the job? I could really use as many experience and help i could get, because there is a steep price jump from from 2006/07 Macs to 2008/09 Macs (10.6 or 10.7 vs 10.8) and i really need it only for iMessages on my hackintosh.
