XOBX Posted July 24, 2015 Share Posted July 24, 2015 Hi have Niresh Yosemite successfully installed. After restarting i had Black Screen. The only way to see with Screen is to start with "-V nv_disable = 1". I installed cudadriver-5.5.25-macos.dmg, cudadriver-6.5.14-macos.dmg without success. I wanted to WebDriver-334.01.03f01.pkg install but can not. Not Compatible. I have complete the installation. But with nv_disable = 1 I can not work. I do not know what I can do. on a different partition , I've Mavericks Things are going well . Frank Nitty Posted July 25, 2015 Share Posted July 25, 2015 You'll need to download this and NVIDIA Web drivers compatible with your version of Yosemite. Boot via kernal flag nv_disable=1, remove all of the graphics kexts, and install AppleGraphicsControl in S/L/E and repair permissions with Kext Utility. Make sure kernel flag nvda_drv=1 is listed in your Boot.plist and install NVIDIA Web drivers. Reboot via kernal flag nv_disable=1 and go to the NVIDIA Driver Manager menu bar at the top, change the settings to use Web drivers, and restart. Refer to 10.10.3 part of my OS X guide here.
