shwick
I reset my bios to defaults and updated to the latest bios 2.3. I changed my onboard graphics memory to 32mb because I read that had problems on my bios.I followed the clover guide here http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-desktop-guides/144426-how-install-os-x-yosemite-using-clover.html. I selected osxaptiofix2drv as I read on the nvidia web forums that setting worked better. Other clover options were the same as the guide. Basically I get to the clover boot manager and if I hit continue, it just goes back to the boot manager, in an endless cycle of hell. I can't add any boot options cause when I go to that menu it doesn't let me add anything.Asrock extreme3 gen3i5-2500k @ stockasus strix 970gtx8gb (2x4gb) gskill @ stock250gb samsung 840 evo Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/306585-problem-installing-with-asrock-xtreme3-gen3-i5-2500k-clover-yosemite/ Share on other sites
shwick
so I still can't add boot flags to clover, in the clover boot menu I tried navigating to my hard drive in boot options and pressing space on it and nothing happened. Also tried pressing space in main clover boot menu and nothing happened.I eventually added the flags in clovers config.plist so they are now dart=0 kext-dev-mode=1 nv_disable=1. Adding nv_disable=1 didn't seem to help I'm still in an endless loop booting to clover boot menu. Not sure what to try next.
