nolanjames
I had posted before about not realizing 10.10.4 broke my acceleration and on top of that I had upgraded my system with a GTX 960 for windows . Dual boot system . Modified kexts but nothing worked to get acceleration back. Figured I had to wait for 10.10.4 driver to come out Was on way home today and got excited on the thread for updated web drivers was showing one 10.10.4 Came home .. Install went perfectly .. Restarted and no acceleration.. Installed second time didn't work. Did I maybe break kext by trying to modify it to work before ? Any way to get it back to original state ? Any idea what I can do to get it working ? Really thinking may have to do start over in terms of deleting drive and re installing fresh .. But would like to avoid that if possible Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/306358-help-panicked-gtx-960-not-recognized-10104-despite-updated-webdriver/ Share on other sites

blazinsmokey
What motherboard do you have? I had a similar issue with my GTX970, turns out I had to change my SMBios to Mac Pro 5,1. Hard to tell what you should select as you have no build info in your signature.
