TomHsiung
These values have nothing to do with what I showed! You really need fix your power management, like USB ports in DSDT, and another patches. Proof: 5/21/15 12:17:37.000 AM kernel[0]: Wake reason: XHC But the USB is native compatible. I did not do anything with the USB driver.
TimeWalker75a
By supported models and fan staying silent I think they probably expect your supported model to have an SMC chip that would programmatically suppress fans during the instances of waking up.. which won't be as noticeable as you expect it to on a desktop computer where fans gets powered as soon as +12V lane springs back to life...

TomHsiung
I think the issue has been figured out. I only made these three changes to my hack, 1.check the clover option of AppleRTC, 2.change the smbios from iMac14,2 to MacBook Pro 11,2, 3.re-patch the SSDTs for native power management and 9 series LPC. below is the result. 5/22/15 1:19:34.000 AM kernel[0]: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) 5/22/15 2:20:46.000 AM kernel[0]: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) 5/22/15 3:21:38.000 AM kernel[0]: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) 5/22/15 4:22:30.000 AM kernel[0]: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) 5/22/15 5:23:22.000 AM kernel[0]: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) 5/22/15 6:24:14.000 AM kernel[0]: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) 5/22/15 7:25:06.000 AM kernel[0]: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) 5/22/15 8:25:58.000 AM kernel[0]: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) 5/22/15 9:26:50.000 AM kernel[0]: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) 5/22/15 9:35:23.000 AM kernel[0]: Wake reason: XHC 5/22/15 9:35:23.000 AM kernel[0]: full wake promotion (reason 1) 29 ms 5/22/15 12:28:54.000 PM kernel[0]: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) 5/22/15 1:29:46.000 PM kernel[0]: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) 5/22/15 2:30:58.000 PM kernel[0]: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) 5/22/15 3:31:50.000 PM kernel[0]: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) 5/22/15 4:32:42.000 PM kernel[0]: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) 5/22/15 5:33:34.000 PM kernel[0]: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) 5/22/15 5:51:38.000 PM kernel[0]: Wake reason: XHC 5/22/15 5:51:38.000 PM kernel[0]: full wake promotion (reason 1) 29 ms
