renegadeandy
This is NOT good. I am running an AMD 64 had 10.4.4 running fine. Thought i would try the JAS update to 10.4.8 the download claimed to be amd sse2 compatible, ran the package update file - it hung near the end, on closer inspection is claims to be the updater for intel only. Now somewhat obviosely my system doesnt boot and crashes to the command line debugger with various boot malarky rushing past after a breif loading stage with the grey screen and apple backgruond with the whirly thing at the bottom. Is there ANYTHING i can do - to revert these changes and save my system. Thanks so much guys - please help me. Andy
fireshark
Did you install SSE3 AND SSE2 Package or did you install SSE2 Package Only? SSE3 And SSE2, AFAIK, meand for IF you have SSE3, if you only had SSE2 you should have nstalled SSE2 Only package.
