I did some googling to get the device ID for your Tenda w311m (148f:5370 as far as I know) and this has the Yosemite drivers for it: http://www.mediatek.com/en/downloads/mt7610u/ You can type in a random name and email - it doesn't matter in order to download. Even though it says "MAC OS X version 10.3/10.4/10.5/10.6" I unpacked the pkg and verified that it supports Yosemite and includes the device id for your USB wifi card. Give it a try and see if it does the job.
